Hey guys! I am a friend/co-worker of Lauren and she told me about your podcast– so I thought I would at least check it out. Great job! What a fun way to start my morning. Loved the song at the end too- so thanks for sharing that as well.

Who knew just a small hour of my time could be so fun and enlightening. Now I’ve got to find someplace to buy seitan. And like I said to Eric for the next show…I want to talk about how fake meat (such as “Chik’n”) freaks me out! I don’t think I said it on the show but another reason why I stopped eating meat was because of the texture. Its like Archer’s problem, in reverse!
