I am now celebrating my 4th month now and so far so good. I have been making more stuff at home and my personal fav lately has been a stove top lasagna and it has spinach and tomato sauce with garlic and it is quick and very tasty. I've really been enjoying the show. I'm one of those straight guys who has rarely had friends that weren't women or gay men, so it's like listening to friends. About me, I'm one of those heartless omnivores, but my wife is currently on a mostly raw vegan diet. I will still have the occasional meat, but I generally eat what she eats and do a lot of the cooking as well. Anyway, I've really enjoyed the show and will continue to listen, but I have really been looking for a podcast that talks more about veggie/vegan food ethics as many of the vegetarian podcasts seem to do. Do you have any recommendations? I've been through some culinary school and have been considering putting together a cookbook for those couples that one is veggie and the other is not...
